What is Adapt-An-Idea? 

Adapt-An-Idea is a BRAND NEW statewide initiative through the NASC Idea Hub! Councils across Nevada have the opportunity to share (and adapt!) ideas unique to their school or those in accordance with the 2026-2027 Impact Theme: Unified Leadership! 

Regional awards have been tailored to include an Idea Hub submission as criteria for achievement. Region representatives have dedicated time at President’s Meetings or Regional Conferences for submissions to occur.

The week of February 8th-12th, NASC encourages councils to explore the ideas submitted by other councils and choose one that they wish to “adapt!” by customizing the inspiration to match their school’s needs by building upon it, improving it, or adapting it. After adapting their new idea, councils can share their experience through social media and the NASC website through explaining: what idea they adapted, which school shared it, how they adapted/improved it, why they chose it, and how the idea impacted their school!
